What are ticket packs?
Ticket packs let Basic plan members buy additional minutes beyond their monthly allocation. Minutes from ticket packs do not expire at the end of the month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings. Your Basic features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
